Macadamia & dark chocolate drops are sweet treats that are ideal to serve to guests during Christmas. Toasted macadamias with indulgent chocolate.
Put some boiled water in a small saucepan and place a slightly larger heatproof plastic or glass bowl over the top of the saucepan. Put the chocolate in the bowl and stir with a spoon until evenly melted.
Place level teaspoons of melted chocolate on the lined baking trays (spaced apart). Tap the tray slightly so the chocolate spreads out into disc shapes. Sprinkle the chocolate drops with macadamias. Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature (or in the fridge if you live in a warm climate).
Wrap the finished macadamia & dark chocolate drops in greaseproof paper and put them in airtight containers in the fridge or freezer.
